Challenge: The Shopify numbers are booming. The inbox is busted. The kids need lunch packed. The Quiet Storm™ is doing it all—and needs someone who can handle the calm and the chaos.

👩‍👧‍👦Objective:

We are seeking a sharp, detail-obsessed virtual assistant who can own data, bring order, and manage both backend systems and front-end curveballs. This isn’t just a task list—it’s a life load. And it takes heart, hustle, and hella good Google Sheets.

You’ll need to know your way around excel exports, enjoy data entry (boring) tasks, Shopify dashboards, vendor follow-ups, and the occasional emergency PTA email.

This is not about perfection. It’s about presence, proactivity, and power behind the curtain.

⚡ What to Include in Your Proposal

Operational Systems Strategy

• Overview of how you’d manage day-to-day backend ops (Shopify exports, order tracking, simple analytics, etc.)

• Visual flow or sample dashboard for monitoring key tasks (inventory, fulfillment, customer queries)

Personal + Business Task Management

• A snapshot of how you'd handle mixed-priority delegation: from business ops to real-life logistics

• Workflow sample for juggling eComm tasks with calendar coordination, family reminders, etc.

Prioritization & Communication Style

• How do you keep cool under pressure and stay two steps ahead—even when your client disappears until crisis hour?

• A sample “check-in” structure to gently wrangle updates, decisions, or deliverables

Magic Touch
